With over five decades of experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Young provides our team with a deep understanding of how to successfully grow a practice. His extensive knowledge shapes every service we offer and guides every client interaction.

From the initial intro call to the final touches of your marketing plan, he’ll ensure every detail of our engagement fits into the realities of growing a successful practice.

Experience

After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas, Dr. Frank Young went on to complete his dental degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Following graduation, Dr. Young bought into a practice and eventually became its sole owner. He built and managed the practice for over 40 years before transitioning ownership to Dr. Mona Barber.

This transition allowed Dr. Young to focus on the consulting side of dentistry alongside his son, Frank. Together, their mission is to enhance the lives of dentists by offering comprehensive services, ranging from marketing to operational support.
